Role of Website: lafoire.mu acts as a platform connecting Suppliers and Customers. We are not involved in transactions between Users, except to facilitate and process transactions.

- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

4. Supplier Responsibilities
Product Listings: Suppliers must provide clear, accurate, and complete descriptions of Products, including prices, availability, and shipping details. Suppliers are also responsible for ensuring that their listings comply with applicable laws.
Compliance: Suppliers must comply with all local, state, and national laws governing the sale of their Products. This includes obtaining any necessary licenses or permits.
Order Fulfillment: Suppliers are responsible for processing and shipping Orders in a timely manner.
Customer Service: Suppliers must handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes promptly and professionally. This includes managing returns and exchanges, in accordance with their policies and these Terms.
Fees and Payments: Suppliers agree to pay any applicable fees associated with their use of the website. Fees are detailed in the Supplier Agreement.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Placing Orders: Customers must provide accurate information when placing Orders, including payment and shipping details.
Payment: Payments for Orders are processed through third-party payment processors. Lafoire.mu is not responsible for payment processing issues or errors.
Reviews and Feedback: Customers are encouraged to provide honest feedback about their purchase experience. Reviews must comply with the following guidelines:
- Be relevant and related to the product purchased.
- Not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
- Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
6. Payments and Fees
Transaction Fees: Lafoire.mu may charge fees for listing products or for transactions conducted through the website. Fee structures are outlined in the Supplier Agreement.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Lafoire.mu is not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing or financial transactions.
Supplier Payouts: Suppliers will receive payouts for sales according to the payout schedule and methods specified by lafoire.mu. Any disputes regarding payments must be addressed through the Supplier Dashboard.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the website, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by lafoire.mu.
8. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties: The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Lafoire.mu makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Marketplace or its content.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, lafoire.mu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website.
9. Indemnification
